One word truly captures my time at Robbin's; "Simple". Back in January '08 I began shopping for my now fianc's engagement ring. Even in January, knowing full well I had no intention of buying that day, my diamond, Crystal Ayres specialist was AWESOME. She took 2 hours to sit with me and teach me everything needed to know when shopping for engagement settings and diamonds. 2 HOURS knowing I had no intention of buying anytime soon!!! This caught me. After the first meeting, I knew I was going to give my business to Robbin's Diamonds. Customer service is a must for anything I buy and Robbin's is completely sincere about proving to you that they want you to have a good experience. They want you to enjoy your time with them and they will do anything they can to meet your needs.
January was our first meeting but I did not purchase the ring until late June. Through out that time, I was able to be in contact with my sales adviser Crystal at any time I may have needed her. Emails were answered within minutes and phone calls were returned within the hour. The ring was a special order and Crystal did everything she could to get it for me, and the price still beat every competitor! I shopped other stores on jewelers row but none beat the professionalism that Robbin's had to offer, especially the competition on the other corner of 8th & Walnut. They really know and have a passion for the business and above anything, want to provide the customer with a feeling of trust and confidence. They did this. As a member of the Robbins Ringleader Program, I know that I will be returning for our wedding bands and for other things throughout the years.

Hi, I'm Nina, and I'm a member of the Robbins Ringleader Program. My fiance purchased my ring at the Robbins at 8th and Walnut. We got engaged in March of 2007, and will be getting married this October. Marian Keown has been so wonderful to work with and has given us such excellent customer service!!

I'm a member of the Robbins Ringleader program as well. My FI purchased my ring in March of 07 and we will be getting married on 5/22/10(I know loooong engagement). I love my ring and we plan on purchasing our wedding bands there as well. Meghan is wonderful to work with and is so sweet. You never feel hasseled or pressured when you go in the store. We love Robbins and won't go anywhere else!

I am also a member of the Robbins Ringleader program. We purchased my engagement ring at Robbins Delaware diamonds in November of 06. We recently were married on 7/26/2008 and Jeanna at Robbins made our experience excellent. We purchased our wedding bands there as well and I also bought my husband a pair of diamond studs as a wedding gift. We have been extremely pleased with Robbins and we plan on going back in the future. We did not feel hassled at all and Jeanna worked with our budget. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel comfortable. We look forward to going back and sharing our wedding photos with Jeanna! :)

I am a memeber of the Robbins Ringleaders program. We purchased my engagement ring as well as our wedding bands from Robbins. They were a please to deal with and very accomodating! We were looking for a very specific ring and they made sure we found exactly what we were looking for. They were very affordable and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
